I heard about the Nike Run Hit Wonder series from my old housemate Noreen yesterday who will be participating in the 5K run. I checked out the website, and it looks awesome. Devo, Dramarama, Flock of Seagulls, TONE-LOC!
Now, I couldn’t run 5K if you gave me self-propelled shoes and dangled a brownie sundae in front of me the whole way, so I am jealous of people who can. But I still want to go check this thing out because it looks awesome. From what I can tell from the site, you can only attend if you are actually running in the race, which is sold out BTW. Does anybody know if spectators can go as well and cheer on their friends… be a part of all the fun festivities? Or is it a runners-only kind of thing?
