Because I apparently can’t stop thinking about food today, here is another eating related post. We went to The Cheese Stands Alone on lunch today (info from Metromix – apparently no website?) and I grabbed a flyer for “The Great American Cheese Revolution III (!!!)” (again, no website to be found…this interweb thing really is just a fad). Since there is no site, I will do my best to pass the info on from the flyer…

“Meet the Cheesemakers! Greet the Chefs! Eat the Cheese!”

“A Grand Tasting of more than 150 Artisinal American Cheeses!”

“They’ll be cooking! You’ll be eating! 20 cheese dishes!”

The brochure designers REALLY like EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!! A LOT A LOT!!!!

It is going on tomorrow starting at 6pm at the Wyndham Chicago Hotel. I am not sure if you can just show up but, if you do, make sure to show up with the hefty $65 entry fee as well.
