    Orange has had green eggs and ham for years — theirs is scrambled eggs with diced pancetta, basil pesto, roasted tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. It is to yum.

    kitsch’n does their green eggs and ham with spinach and pesto too. it’s brunchtastic. :D

    Oh yeah, Kitsch’n! For two months I lived a block away from Kitsch’n and I ate there two or three times a week. I can’t believe I forgot their GE&H. Their chilaquiles are great, too. And the fried chicken club.
