Being the girlfriend of a chef that has “Pots” tattooed on one wrist, and “Pans” on the other, as well as a a saucier with angel wings on his neck, I wish I could explain this phenomenon. Unfortunately, I have no insight besides the fact that chefs typically have a rabid committment to their art.
