I spent 20 minutes and five bucks last night filling out the paperwork and finding an envelope, etc. to get a dog license. My vet tells me the cops have been staking out some of the dog beaches and issuing tickets the minute someone steps out of their car with an unlicensed dog. Sheesh. We’ve been collecting parking tickets like mosquito bites lately, so I figured we’d better pony up. Anyone get nabbed for an unlicensed dog yet?
