Ahh yes here we are again. Second Fridays in Pilsen, an excuse for the artists to go carousing and boozing and for you to cruise the strip. Each month all of the galleries on South Halsted (18th and Halsted is a good place to start) open their doors for the evening. Things get rolling around 6pm and work their way down to the infamous Skylark Lounge by the wee hours.

Must-stops for the evening include Derek Erdman’s Gallery Hamburger and the illustrious Pilsen Photo Group, featuring some of the most creative photographic talent in the city.

Pack it up, head down to the South Side and get your artsy fartsy on.
