Intonation
Everybody’s writing about this upcoming fest, and with good reason. It will be awesome and I will be there. Here are the main two things you need to know though:
1. This map is awesome. However in order to really read it clearly you’re going to need to right click and “save image as” and then view on your own computer. (via chicagomuzik)
2. You can’t bring in your own water so the field will be strewn with lanky, passed-out, shriveled-up indie boys and girls. So wear your waders.
The map is hysterical. My favorite line: “Everything we know about Chicago we learned from Sufjan Stevens.” I wonder what they’ll be charging for a bottle of Aquafina.
Update: festival organizer interviewed on WLUW today says each person can bring in two *sealed* bottles of water. Also that there will be “hydration stations” or something of the sort. I wonder if he saw your post…
