Now I remember why I really hate Winter
It’s not the cold, the snow, the parking, the biting wind. It’s how when I go to work in the morning, it’s dark. When I get home, it’s dark. All motivation to do anything completely vanishes once I get home and peel off the various layers of cold. It’s depressing. It’s dark. Oh Spring, where are you? Come on readers, be miserable with me. Am I the only one?
I totally feel your pain, after work I just crawl into my bed and read or watch tv until I fall asleep. It is depressing!
It’s a serious bummer. That’s why I joined the gym at the end of my block. I figure at least that way I leave the house and get a little energy going.
Heading to the gym definitely helps. So does coffee. Massive amounts of coffee.
Once I get home after dark, I can’t even bring myself to go back outside and walk a block to the train. It’s awful.
