Holiday thieving with the Chicago Police

Chicago cop allegedly runs up $1,600 on arrestee’s credit cards

Now this is a totally stupid way to foot the bill on gifts, and I am assuming the card was used for gifts since the charges were primarily to Target and Toys R Us. Did he really think the arrestee would just roll over and be like “Oh, man, my bad. Silly me getting arrested. I guess that’s what I get”

That was my first thought- Christmas shopping. But I wouldn’t rule out that some of the case wasn’t spent on toys like the xBox for himself. Wouldn’t you love to see the receipts?

That was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, did the cop think that he wouldn’t get caught? Talk about stupid criminals.
