There is something about warm weather during the winter months in Chicago that makes people act a little funny. For the past 20 minutes or so, I’ve watched a Mounted Police officer gallop around the Wrigley Square and Millennium Monument in Millenium Park like he was getting ready for Olympic dressage (thank you Summer Olympics a few years back for introducing me to this rather mundane sport).
