I’m just a regular podcast
There is something incredibly funny to me about XRT’s The Regular Guy having his own podcast. Lin Brehmer, sure. But The Regular Guy?
In my head, The Regular Guy is my Uncle Jim. Uncle Jim is a cab-driver here in Chicago who has lived in Wrigleyville way before it was the hip place it is today to get totally hammered and throw up on the lawns of over-priced condos. So I imagine him sitting in a sound booth, recording reviews in his thick Chicago accent, and asking “What the hell is this iPods? Is it a new kinna car?”
