Anyone have any recommendations for movers? May 1 will be here before I know it and I need to schedule soon.
Oh, and anyone out there using US Cellular for their cell phone service? How is it? Verizon is reaming me every month.

Steven — We used Mini-Moves when we moved here from DC. Cost us about $3K to have them box up half of our one-bedroom’s belongings (we boxed the other half — we didn’t want to deal with dishes and such), move them to Chicago and store them for about two months. Not sure how economical they are for a cross-town move, but their customer service is awesome, the movers are fast, careful, friendly and totally unsketch. They also have a nifty web site so you can update your move inventory as your move date gets closer and you realize that you have way more shit than you thought.
