Register to float the Flatwater Classic taking place on Sunday August 13th. Now in its 7th year, organizers expect around 1200 paddlers and everyone from beginner to expert is invited. Last year they even added a non-competitive bike race which loops around the city and the river. Paddle or bike, now you’ve got no excuse not to take a little closer look at the Chicago River.
