Last to First

That should be the motto for the Cubs next season as they have plunged into the cellar of the NL Central, and with less than a month to play the odds are high they will stay there. What a sad, pathetic, sad sad team. Not that I have been watching.

In better news, the football season officially begins tomorrow night as the Super Bowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Miami Dolphins. I took two of the four quarters in a Super Bowl squares pool and won a nice chunk of cash, so my memories are still fond of that Super Sunday. Bears play the Pack this Sunday at 3. My predictions are world famous, and a Bears win is a sure thing, people.
