Da Bears

I usually don’t stay inside and watch football on such a nice day, but today I caught almost all of the Bear’s whipping of the Lions. They made it look easy and even though it’s quite early in the season I think we might be looking at a team that is capable of a deep playoff run.

I remember the Michael Jordan years and how the success of the Bulls positively affected my business and others. The White Sox of 2005 had some impact as well, but that run looks like it already might be over (I’m still hoping they can pull it out!).

Do you work in or own a business that benefits by the success of Chicago’s teams?

Tom from Detroit Metblogs here: Don’t get all high and mighty because you beat the Lions. I’m willing to bet half the teams in the Big-10 could beat the Lions.

Yeah, but could Illinois beat the Lions?

A related question: Could JCA beat Illinois?
