Bloodshot Records’ DVD
Since 1994 Bloodshot Records has made many friends here in Chicago. Their artists straddle the sounds of punk, country, soul, pop, bluegrass, blues and rock. In fact, many acts can’t be described without writing several paragraphs, and that’s not full proof either.
Their first ever DVD releases on October 10th. Bloodied But Unbowed: Bloodshot Records’ Life In The Trenches is packed full with “31 videos and live performances (many recorded at 10 year anniversary parties in Austin and Chicago) from the likes of Ryan Adams, Old 97s, Detroit Cobras, Alejandro Escovedo, Waco Brothers, Deadstring Brothers, Bobby Bare Jr, Graham Parker, Wayne Hancock and many more”.
In addition to the videos there are 8 short films or documentaries and a photo gallery. You can check it out before you buy it at the Darkroom’s Viewing Party Monday October 16th! Do you have a favorite Bloodshot artist?
