Outside.In

A new web service, Outside. In, aims to tie blog posts and other such information to real world places. They’ve just launched, but I’ve already learned something about my neighborhood (a coffeeshop up the street has closed).

Update: Before anyone else points out how lame I am — that post about the coffeeshop is from August. One of outside.in’s “core principals” is “5. Local news often has a long-shelf life.”
