Time Out‘s Heather Shouse doesn’t like pumpkin beers as much as I do (“watery American ales stuffed with a fistful of cloves”) but she gives a good review to O’Fallon Pumpkin Ale:

… the perfect amount of pumpkin to the mash and then finishes the ale with just a touch of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove. O’Fallon Pumpkin Ale may just be the best pumpkin beer on the market. True, that’s a bit like being the skinniest kid at fat camp, but it’s the only way you’re going to get into this fall tradition.
