Teens At The Wheel

The Chicago Tribune sums up their coverage of teenage driving deaths. The paper’s exploration started early last year, and since then at least 59 teens have lost their lives in Chicago-area car crashes.

We seem to know ways to prevent these teen accidents, yet the number of deaths remains about the same year after year. Why aren’t the efforts from individuals and from government working?
