The latest cycle* of America’s Next Top Model started tonight and Chicago is represented by Jaslene, a 20-year-old “Online College Admissions Advisor”** who made it into the top 30 last cycle, but not into the top 13 who get to move into the house and all. Part of the reason she was cut was because she was kinda crazy, but the new Jaslene is so toned-down it’s kind of boring. The whole crew is pretty boring, in fact. And c’mon — it’s just too cliched that some of the models are dumb as rocks.

* It’s not a season because there’s more than one a year. And because it’s classy or something. Cycle. Take note.
** Does she advise people online how to get admitted to a college, or does she advise an online college how to process applications?
