Lolla Tickets

Was anyone lucky enough to get the Lollapalooza tickets that went on sale this morning? I wasn’t! 60 bucks for a 3-day pass would have been sweet!

    When was this announced? I have been on the Lolla mailing lists and haven’t seen this on the blogs. Grrr…

    It was sent to those on the mailing list, some time after 10 a.m. Most people I know got stuck in some sort of virtual waiting room that said to “be patient, you’ll get a chance at the tickets”. The tickets sold out in 12 minutes, though the site kept you in the waiting room for an hour or two, when it should of just told you that the tickets were gone.

    No me, boo hoo hoo. I actually didn’t have my email open first thing this morning, opting to get some work done instead. Thus, I was about an hour late trying to snag tix. THAT’LL SHOW ME. Stupid work ethic.

    I missed out, even though I’m on the mailing list and even though I have MSN Messenger set up to send me new email updates. I ignored it and it cost me precious time. I’m mad at me.
