This is the first time in my seven years of seeing this guy march up and Michigan Ave with his unintelligible megaphone and his sandwich boards proclaiming that the “Soviets” caused an earthquake in Afghanistan or Al Gore is a Russian robot clone or Russian troops are massing in National Forests and so on, that one of his messages has not been pure wack-a-doo. I mean, I still think he’s wrong, but hey, there are some topics about which reasonable men may disagree. (Oh, the front sandwich board was bat-knockers crazy.)
