It’s the 50th anniversary of Helvetica, the ubiquitous modern typeface, and a hit documentary about the font, and by extension a history of modern design, is coming to the Gene Siskel Film Center from June 15-21. (The Siskel website doesn’t have info about the showing yet, but tickets are available from Ticketmaster.)

The 6:15 and 8:00 pm showings on June 15 will be premiere events with director Gary Hustwit and “guest designers TBA” in attendance.
