Coming out into the alley behind my house just now, a car went flying by at 30-40 mph (something pretty fast for an alley, anyway). “Jerk,” I said to myself, got the stuff I needed from my garage and walked down the alley to feed my friend’s cat. There, across from his house, was that same car, crashed into a fence. Some bystanders told me that it looked like the driver had lost control on a speed bump, crashed the car, and then just run away. “That’s my spot!” one woman said, “I had to park farther over today because a delivery truck was coming, but that’s my parking spot.”
