The Guinness Oyster Festival starts next weekend (10th & 11th) at the New City YMCA. Any festival with “Guinness” in the title is sure to get me there (I am easy to pursuade when it comes to a good pint), but oysters just puts it way over into the WIN column.
Even better, Cake is playing on Saturday night, so your $10 takes you a long way. A heads up though, this place gets crowded FAST. There’s plenty of beer and oysters to go around, but steer clear if you have personal bubble issues.
