An ad in the Pioneer Press announces a new restaurant coming to Highwood next week. Curry Hut promises you’ll “experience the rich flavors of India and Nepal”. Lunch and dinner at 410 Sheridan, Highwood.

Why is this at all blog-worthy? Because there’s not a single Indian restaurant between Evanston and Vernon Hills right now. Curry Hut could potentially fill my much needed jonesing for naan, dal, biryani, and all that good stuff.
