The city has gotten a lot of grief about photography in the parks, photo rights for Anish Kapoor’s Cloud Gate (the bean), Millennium Park, etc. The city, though, puts on some arts-related events that are truly great. One of them is the 2nd Annual Chicago Artists Space and Housing Expo at the Cultural Center
