Super sneaky rain?

Can someone answer a question for me since my girlfriend has been out of town and I have been dutifully stumbling around in an alcoholic haze since there’s no one here to tell me not to?

Were we getting, like, tiny and super-quick rain showers over the weekend? It seemed like everytime I went outside the ground looked freshly wet, but then dried within fifteen minutes.

Or was it just so humid I was in fact sweating so hard that all the puddles collecting around me were, um, not rain?

Also, even though my diet has been mostly liquid these past few days I have rediscovered my love for Flash Taco/Underdogg’s hot dogs. They’re certainly no Wicker Dog…but they are so much better than Stank Frank’s. A word of advice though: get ’em from the stand outside and skip the line downstairs!

Lauren & I were wondering the same thing…when we were coming back from Wheaton on Friday, we saw several cars that were wet, however we did not see any rain. I can’t imagine we saw that many cars at 9:00 that just had a wash. Sneaky rain…

I’d love to mess with your drunken head, but yes, we’ve been getting flash rain showers. Two days ago I was eating outside and a *torrential* downpour started — I ran under an awing, stood there for 5 miniutes, and then walked back to work under sunny skies.
