I’d like to introduce myself. CP, (standing for a rather Irish name but I prefer “CP” ((pronounced “kpp”)), I have been loyally reading the ChicagoMet since it started and some of you may have noticed I posted comments along the way blah blah blah. I am a Chicago transplant and this city and I have a secret lovechild. Okay well it may not be mine but I’m getting the tests back this week (keep your fingers crossed). Over the years I have always been into rock and/or roll, particularly independent music in general. I will try and keep my opinons as non-offensive as possible but I ain’t making no promises. When I’m not pretending to work, I play bass and sing lead vocals in a band but I’m not gonna actually name drop ’cause I think it’s tacky and this is a site about the best goddamn city in the world, not me. No, I do not have a personal blog, I do not use Macs and my job has nothing to do with anything interesting. So, questions? comments? death threats? Send ’em, out. I’m psyched, how about you?
