But did the Women of Chicago really win out in this one? I think not.
Steven, you are too kind. Thanks!
What is wrong with the ladies out there! I don’t wanna hear any more bitching, “whaaa I can’t find a nice guy”, “all men are assholes!” whatEVER. RMK, you should have at least rescheduled, OR fessed up about having to work BEFORE the day before the show so another lady could have snached up ‘ol nikkos. Geez.
Nice pink shirt nikkos, very appropo for the North Shore.
I must have missed something. She didn’t go with you to Ravinia? She didn’t accept the date?
Sorry Nikkos. That just doesn’t seem fair to me. She owes you.
Spoken as a women of Chicago.
Thanks for the sympathetic comments, but just to be clear, I hold no grudge!
Just a little note from Mom: it was a great night, the contest was a blast, and I am really into blogging now!! I may even start one myself someday. I think the women that responded were terrific. I hope they meet up with Nick at some point in the future, individually, that is!!
It looks like you had a great time regardless of not ‘winning a date’. Don’t take it personally.
Maybe the women of Chicago did win. You could have met some amazing woman and been off the market. Or it might have been an awful date and you would be jaded for years to come. So maybe the women of Chicago did win a point on this one, but I don’t really think you lost one either.
Toto (listed in the Ravinia listings as “Supergroup Toto!”) has been cancelled!
:(
/not REALLY upset.
Regina, thanks, you are too kind! ;)
Moon, I’m sure Ravinia will be happy to refund the tickets you purchased for the Illinois Chapter of the Toto Fan Club.
