Let’s All Keep Pushing For A Brighter Day
While attending the VIP party at Marshall McGearty’s a few weeks back, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mwelwa Musambacine, promoter and human ray of sunshine. Since meeting the other night, Mwelwa has added me to his e-mail list for upcoming shows and events. For once, I’m happy to be on someone’s e-mail list. Why? His style is so uplifting that it’s feels good just to get the e-mail.
Mwelwa will be hosting Sunny Side Up, “a night strictly dedicated to JoY and SuNsHiNe!” according to the e-mail.
Now, who doesn’t like joy and sunshine?
Mwelwa, take it away my friend:
“This month we welcome a special LIVE performance from
ALPHA and THE PRINCES OF FUTA playing a fine blend of
West African beats. ***SHOWTIME @ 10.00PM***
We also welcome special guest DJ MALIQ spinning an
eclectic mix of world beats including Latin and
African variety, reggae, afrobeat, etc…
As usual our RESIDENT GROOVE MASTER DJ 4BZ
(club246.com) will provide vibrations of JoY that will
make you wind your waist and much more.
Please feel free to invite thy friends. Take care,
keep well, good luck, & continue to realise JoY!
Until then,
Much JoY n’ LoVe,
Mwelwa”
