Oh To Be a Tool

I found this in my junk mail folder a few minutes ago:

Would you be interested in doing a story on your blog about (deleted), Chicago’s only non-profit (deleted) program? We have 50 (deleted)s throughout Chicago and … (blah blah blah blah) … As you can see, our service can really help out a lot of Chicagoans. Please help us get the word out. We really want to help people save money, (blah blah blah blah).

Thank you,

Melissa (last name deleted)

Dear Melissa,

No. No I wouldn’t.

Sincerely,

South of North.

I was going to say “I feel jilted because I didn’t get one…not that I would’ve posted about it anyhow,” but then I double checked, and I don’t have my e-mail address posted.
