it’s worked before…
hey all. i’ve tried this before with sleater-kinney tickets and it worked brilliantly, thanks to super reader mark. so now i’m trying it again, this time for ladytron tix (metro, fri april 21). i’ve heard they can be had online for $160, but i’m not into them that much. so, anyone got some extras they’re willing to unload? like last time, if it works out, i’m willing to buy some beers for the kind soul who comes thru. perhaps maybe even some conversation as well. i’d also be willing to offer a print of a pic i’ve posted in the past, either on this site or my own.

Seriously. I was going to go with a friend of mine, but I found out it was sold out yesterday and we’re pretty bummed. Tickets that were originally $16 shouldn’t be more than $25-$30 in my book.
I’m sure there are ways to find tix under $160….perhaps Craigslist? Ebay too. StubHub always seems to be pretty outrageous when it comes to prices. I might even wait outside at the show to score some. I’m still baffled that it’s sold out.
At the risk of effing up my prospects, I will be in Minneapolis as of Sat am, where Ladytron will be on Saturday night and there are still (right now) tix to said show. I have to organize with a couple friends regarding how many tickets we need, but if it works out I’ll let you know how it went.
