It looks like Wal-Mart played patty-cake with Mayor Daley, and now their new Chicago location will be adding a green roof to their development plans. This is part of Daley’s Green Roof program, which we previously mentioned back in November. I am assuming that Wal-Mart doesn’t qualify as a “small business” and therefore is ineligible for the $5,000 grant.
