WonderJam

Unbelievable … could it be? We just. might. have … SUMMER WEATHER this weekend!

I don’t know about you folks out in internet land, but I know my Oh-Lord-I-Sit-In-An-Office-All-Day-And-Thus-I’m-Vitamin-D-Deficient self will be spending my time outdoors, like a good American: drinking, grilling, rinse and repeat.

In addition to patriotic calorie consumption, Saturday afternoon I’ll be heading over to Proksa Park in Berwyn for WonderJam, an all-day music and arts festival, with everything from local doo-wop band The Queensmen to lots of live jazz, funk, and local art.

C’mon, the internet is always there when you get home. Don’t forget your sunscreen.

I have not heard of that festival, but some of our street festivals have got so bad it could be a good alternative. I’ll take original anything over cover band after cover band….
