Stoger, Part Deux

ABC 7 announced, and WBEZ is reporting that Tony Peraica has conceded the election of the Cook County Board President to Todd Stroger. The margin was 6%. Hopefully, the fact that this was a tight race will mean more people will pay attention to County Government.

    Yeah, and those people who need to pay more attention happen to be the Cook County Democratic Party. The fact that the margin was that narrow ought to give the party pause…
