The festivities for Story Week started yesterday and continue until Friday. Columbia College’s Fiction Writing Department puts on this cool festival every year, with readings throughout the city.Salman Rushdie will be reading on Wednesday at 6pm at the Harold Washington Library, Winter Garden (400 State Street). There’s a ton of other readings and conversations with authors, publishers, students, and other book people throughout the week as well.
