I mentioned that Chic-a-go-go was taping their 500th episode this last weekend. I ended up going and taking photos of the whole day. The 500th episode, it turns out, will actually be 5 episodes, with plenty of retrospective material and catching up with bands who appeared in early episodes. Special guests include the Goblins, New Colony Six, DJ Casper (“Cha-Cha Slide“), and Andre Williams (“Shake a Tail Feather” and a million others). Check it out on CAN 19 Tuesdays at 8:30 pm and Wednesday at 3:30 pm for the next 5 weeks.
