Hello, Metroblogger!

Hi, Metroblogger. I’m Nellie, and I’m new here. I’m very excited about the journey we are about to embark on together, Metroblogger!!

Now – on to pressing business matters- tonight was week two of the improv jam at Second City. If you’re not familiar with the improv jam, well, I’ll fill you in. The improv jam is a free – that’s right – I said free evening of improv that takes place on Sunday evenings at 6 in Donny’s Skybox (inside Pipers Alley).
Here’s how it goes:
1. Show up
2. If you’d like to participate, add your name to the list. If you just want to watch, that’s A-OK, too.
3. Find yourself a seat and get comfy
4. Whoever the moderator is that night will call for volunteers and/or call names off of the sign up sheet, and you go onstage and play improv games. Hilarity ensues.
5. Repeat

It’s a really good time, and I highly recommend it for anyone who 1) loves improv (performing or watching) 2) doesn’t have a ton of money (it’s free, remember?) and 3) likes to have insane amounts of fun.

Seriously. You should go.
